Elevated Landscaping & Concrete Inc provides landscaping, hardscaping, and concrete-related services, including but not limited to:
Lawn care and maintenanceGarden and yard designConcrete pouring and finishingPatios, driveways, walkwaysRetaining walls and other custom projects
Each service will be outlined in a written estimate or contract before work begins.
All estimates are free and valid for 30 days.A signed agreement and a deposit may be required before work starts.Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.We accept [list forms of payment accepted, e.g., cash, check, credit card, online payments].
Late payments may incur a fee. We reserve the right to stop work on a project until payment is received.
We aim to complete all work in a timely manner. However, timelines may be affected by:

If delays occur, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and revise the schedule accordingly.
We stand behind our workmanship.
Hardscaping and concrete work may be covered under a limited warranty.Landscaping elements (e.g., plants, sod) are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, maintenance).
Full warranty details will be included in your service contract.
To ensure successful project completion, customers must:
Provide clear access to the job siteKeep pets and children away from work zonesCommunicate changes or concerns promptlyMaintain elements after installation as outlined in care instructions
We take care to avoid damage, but Elevated Landscaping & Concrete Inc is not liable for:
Damage to underground utilities not marked or disclosedExisting structural or landscaping issuesDelays caused by other contractors
We are fully licensed and insured for your protection.
If you need to make changes to your project after work has started, additional costs may apply. Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on when the project is cancelled.
We may take before-and-after photos of your project to use in our portfolio or marketing materials. If you prefer we do not use photos of your property, please let us know in writing.
